Now ponder these questions - I've used the phrase 'that thing', but if it helps, substitute the actual thing or situation. Take them one at a time. (You might want to print this out, cover up the questions with a piece of paper, and slide it down to reveal one question at a time.)
- What sort of thing is that thing?
- That thing, it's like what?
- When that thing is different, it's like what?
- How different is that thing when it's different?
- What's that thing like now it's different?
- What will it take to change that thing?
- What's the first thing you need to do to change that thing?
